GameReady Terms of Use

GameReady is a mental performance training app for athletes. The app may include features such as:

• Breathing exercises
• Visualization practice
• Focus drills
• Clutch simulator activities
• Mood and stress tracking
• Goal setting
• Daily plans
• Achievement tracking

GameReady is not a medical, mental health, or therapy app.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. GameReady should not be used as a replacement for a doctor, therapist, counselor, coach, parent, guardian, or other qualified professional.

If you are dealing with a serious mental health concern or emergency, contact emergency services, a trusted adult, or a qualified professional.

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login information secure.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

GameReady may use email verification and password reset emails to help protect your account. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Try to access another user’s account or data
• Interfere with the app’s security or operation
• Copy, modify, or misuse GameReady’s content, design, branding, or code
• Use the app in a way that harms other users or the app

You may enter information such as goals, mood check-ins, and training progress. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter.

GameReady uses this information to provide app features and personalize your experience.

GameReady is designed to help athletes build better mental habits, but we do not guarantee specific results, athletic performance improvements, team selection, game outcomes, grades, scholarships, or any other result.

Your performance can be affected by many factors outside the app.

You may delete your account through the app. Deleting your account is intended to remove your account and associated app data, subject to technical limitations, backups, and legal or security requirements.

We may update, change, remove, or add features at any time. We may also fix bugs, change designs, or adjust how the app works.

We try to keep GameReady working properly, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

GameReady’s name, design, graphics, features, text, and other app materials belong to GameReady or its creators unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, sell, or redistribute the app or its content without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GameReady and its creators are not responsible for damages or losses related to your use of the app, inability to use the app, athletic performance outcomes, or reliance on app content.

Your use of GameReady is also covered by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app or update the effective date above.
