GameReady Privacy Policy

GameReady (“GameReady,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a mental performance training app designed to help athletes build confidence, improve focus, manage performance pressure, track goals, and reflect on progress.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01Information We Collect
Account Information
If you create an account, we may collect:
- Email address
- Username or display name, if provided
- Authentication information handled through Firebase Authentication
We do not store your password directly. Passwords are managed securely by Firebase Authentication.
App Usage and Progress Information
GameReady may collect and store information you enter or generate inside the app, including:
- Sport preference
- Onboarding answers
- Mental training preferences
- Mood and stress check-ins
- Goals and goal progress
- Daily plan progress
- Achievement progress
- Training activity, such as completed breathing, visualization, focus, or clutch simulator sessions

03Firebase and Third-Party Services
GameReady uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication and Firestore, to manage accounts and store app data.
Firebase may process information according to Google’s privacy and security practices. We use these services to provide login, cloud storage, and app functionality.
04Data Storage
Your account and app data may be stored securely using Firebase. Some information may also be stored locally on your device to help the app function properly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
05We Do Not Sell Your Data
GameReady does not sell your personal information.
GameReady does not use your personal information for third-party advertising.
06Email Verification and Account Security
GameReady may send a verification email after account creation to help confirm that your email address is valid. You may also request password reset emails through Firebase Authentication.
07Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You may delete your account from inside the app through Settings or Profile.
When you delete your account, we aim to delete:
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Your Firestore user data
- Your locally stored app data
Some information may remain temporarily in backups or logs as required for security, fraud prevention, or technical operations.
08Children and Teen Users
GameReady is intended for athletes and students, including teen users. If you are under the age required to manage your own online accounts in your location, you should use GameReady with permission from a parent or guardian.
Parents or guardians may contact us to request help with account or data deletion.
09Health and Medical Disclaimer
GameReady is designed for mental performance training and general wellness support. It is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or speak with a trusted adult or qualified professional.
10Your Choices
You can:
- Update certain account or profile information in the app
- Reset or delete app data
- Delete your account
- Contact us with privacy questions
11Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app or by updating the effective date above.
