Athletes train strength, speed, conditioning, and technique every week. But confidence, focus, composure, and the ability to reset are rarely given the same structure — they are left to chance. Mental preparation should be practiced, not hoped for.
Adrenaline shows up before the whistle — and without a routine, it can take over.
One missed play replays in your head while the game keeps moving.
Big moments feel unfamiliar when you have never practiced for them.

GameReady acts like a mental-performance training guide — turning vague advice like 'stay calm' and 'lock in' into short, practical exercises you can actually run. It makes mental preparation a routine you can follow.
Short, guided sessions you actually know how to do.
Built around your sport and current challenges.
A simple routine that fits into a real schedule.
See your consistency build over time.
Each GameReady tool trains a specific, repeatable mental ability — so preparation becomes a practice instead of a guess.

Built from a real athlete's experience — and shaped by the belief that mental training should feel practical, not out of reach.
GameReady was created by Reagan Lantin, a student-athlete who saw how much pressure athletes face mentally — not just physically. After dealing with a serious sports injury, Reagan realized that athletes are often told to train their bodies, but they are not always given simple tools to train their confidence, focus, composure, and ability to reset after setbacks.
That experience helped inspire GameReady: a mental-performance training app built to give athletes quick, practical tools they can use before practice, before games, after mistakes, or during stressful moments. The goal is to make mental training feel simple, structured, and accessible.
GameReady is a mission-driven project built to support athletes, not to make mental-performance training feel exclusive or out of reach.
